Upgrades for the Light Plate Apparatus (LPA) of the Tabor lab

- Recompiled firmware for ATMEGA328P-AU (better availability than ATMEGA328-AU).

- Extended plate adapter for homogeneous illumination of each well.

- Generic plate adapter and diffuser elements for mounting standard transparent well plates (equal illumination for all wells).
